Setup & Onboarding
How long does setup take? +

Do my customers need to download any apps? +
No! Your customers place, track, and pay for orders using a simple web link that opens instantly in their browser. They don't need to waste phone storage or download heavy apps from the Play Store.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. All plans include a free trial. There's no credit card required to start. You can explore all features for free during your trial.
How do I add my riders to the system? +
Just copy your unique rider invitation link from the admin panel and send it to them via WhatsApp. They enter their mobile number, verify via OTP, and can immediately start delivering cans once you approve them.
Riders & Usability
My riders are not highly educated. Can they use this? +
Yes, absolutely! The rider interface is designed with large colored icons, big tap buttons, and simple local terms. There is zero complex typing required. If they can use WhatsApp, they can master WaterWave in under 2 minutes.
Does it work when the internet connection is poor? +
Yes! WaterWave features resilient local offline caching. Riders can log deliveries, cash collections, and empty can counts inside basements without network. The data automatically syncs and posts to the ledger the moment their mobile signal is restored.
What kind of phones do my riders need? +
Any basic Android smartphone (running Android 7 or newer) is perfect. The app is highly optimized, lightweight, and won't slow down their phone or consume heavy data.
Operations & Cans
How does empty can tracking work? +
When a rider makes a delivery, they log how many full cans were dropped and how many empty cans were collected in a single tap. The system automatically updates the customer's empty balance and the rider's truck stock. No more missing cans or notebook arguments!
How does daily cash reconciliation work? +
At the end of the day, the system shows you exactly how much cash/UPI each rider has collected and matches it with the physical cans delivered. You can reconcile your entire plant accounts and inventory in less than 5 minutes.
Can I manage multiple delivery locations or water plants? +
Yes! The Pro plan allows you to manage multiple plants/godowns. You can view consolidated stock records, track riders across different hubs, and monitor all branch collections from one single master dashboard.
Security & Account
Is my business data safe from competitors? +
Yes. Your data is fully isolated and secure. We use enterprise-grade Google Firebase infrastructure with strict access controls. No other plant owner or competitor can ever see your customer list, pricing, or orders.
What happens if I want to cancel my account? +
There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time and export your entire customer list and transaction history into an Excel sheet in one click.
