Feature

Auto-Orders & Subscriptions

Automate repeating client runs. Configure delivery intervals to generate and assign orders without manual dashboard entry.

How do water distributors automate recurring deliveries?

Water distributors automate recurring deliveries by setting a repeat interval for each customer — daily, every two days, weekly, or a custom schedule. Every morning, the system scans these subscriptions and automatically creates and queues delivery orders for that day. Riders receive the auto-generated orders in their app without any manual entry from the admin.

🔁

Set-and-Forget Subscriptions

Configure repeat delivery cycles once. The platform automatically handles dispatch schedules forever until modified or paused.

Flexible Intervals

Support custom cadences (e.g. 5 cans every 4 days, or 1 can daily) to match corporate office consumption patterns.

Vacation holds

If a buyer is away, toggle their subscription status to 'Paused' in one tap. The system stops generating orders without losing profile history.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are auto-orders generated in the system? +
Our scheduler runs every night, checking active customer profiles. If a customer is due for an auto-order delivery, the order is generated and queued in the rider pending list.
Can a customer edit their auto-order volume? +
Yes. Buyers can adjust their recurring can counts from their secure login link, or request the admin to change their profile defaults.
What happens to uncompleted auto-orders? +
If an auto-order cannot be delivered (e.g., customer was locked), the rider logs the failure. The system logs the drop-off attempt and maintains the subscription interval.
