These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WaterWave platform ("Platform"), operated by WaterWave Systems ("WaterWave", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate water distribution or delivery business to use WaterWave. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

2. The Platform

WaterWave provides a cloud-based delivery management platform that allows water can distributors ("Admins") to manage orders, assign riders, track inventory, and monitor earnings. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One business entity may operate one or more plant/location accounts under their subscription.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• WaterWave offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) as described on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of your account.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for genuine billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with persons outside your organisation
• Use the Platform to manage deliveries for industries other than water distribution without prior agreement

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer and rider data (phone numbers, delivery addresses) complies with applicable privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

WaterWave and all associated software, design, and content are owned by WaterWave Systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterWave shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business revenue or customer relationships
• Downtime resulting from third-party infrastructure (Firebase/Google)
• Data loss resulting from your failure to export or backup your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
